Bill Farrell has over 40 years of specialized experience in logistics and government contracting, overseeing many multi-million dollar projects from inception to successful completion. He provides guidance and management over all of CLR’s efforts.With 50-plus years of specialized experience in logistics and government contracting, Bill Farrell continues to provide guidance and management over all of CLR’s endeavors. He has successfully directed this Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company for 14 years. From inception to productive conclusion Mr. Farrell has overseen numerous multi-million dollar projects that created jobs, growth and opportunities to many service men and women.
Bill Boesch has served as a high-level executive in the transportation and logistics industry for over 50 years, with extensive experience partnering with the United States government. Bill retired as Chairman of American Airlines Cargo Division in 1998, having served as President of the airline’s Cargo Division from 1991 to 1996. In 1996 and 1997, he served as Director of U.S. Aviation Policy for the White House Commission on Aviation Safety and Security and has worked with the U.S Government in high level logistics, analytic, and security projects including; commercialization of the C-17, the Iraqi and Afghanistan Transportation Network, USAF pilot retention, and providing Subject Mater Expertise to General Officers and the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program. He has been recognized broadly for his contributions in Iraq and Afghanistan, receiving a number of letters of commendation from senior military and civilian leaders as well as the Heroes Medal from the Afghanistan Government. He brings invaluable experience from the private sector and major public sector initiatives to the leadership of CLR.
Walt Schneider is the Managing Director of CLR's Logistics and Business Development Unit, bringing 30 plus years of experience in military service, logistics, business development, and contracting to create successful teams for major contracting efforts. He has played a key role in multiple Civil Reserve Air Fleet studies and in the development and execution of the Iraqi/Afghanistan Transportation Network.
Dr. Daniel Miller is the Managing Director of CLR’s Leadership Development business unit bringing over 30 years’ experience in leadership development and professional training. He helped pioneer the USAF’s force development and senior leader development approaches, and continues to lead the Air Force Leadership Development Program.
Jon Idelson utilizes his business management expertise accumulated over decades of experience to run CLR’s Finance and Contracts operations. He readily provides insightful leadership to facilitate systematic approaches in resolving complex business issues and fostering organizational success.
